Intro:

It' all starts with gratitude.

How’s life?

How would you respond to that question? Would you generalize your answer with “oh everything’s good” or would you compile a list of complaints, frustrations, worries, and stresses about life?

There is an alternative response — ACKNOWLEDGING THE THINGS THAT NEED TO BE CHANGED IN YOUR LIFE BUT CHOOSING TO BE GRATEFUL FOR IT ALL AND COMMITTING TO IMPROVING IT ALL.

Check this out:

“Not that I speak from want, for I have learned to be content in whatever circumstances I am. I know how to get along with humble means, and I also know how to live in prosperity; in any and every circumstance I have learned the secret of being filled and going hungry, both of having abundance and suffering need. I can do all things through Him who strengthens me.” Philippians 4:11-13

Paul learned how to be CONTENT. This means to be in a state of joy, happiness, and peace independent of external circumstances.

In challenging times you must be content. In times of great success, you must be content; and this means choosing to be grateful and thankful for all the blessings you experience on a daily basis. This means finding the joy where you are and acknowledging God for it.

Renewing your mind and transforming your life does not mean that your life is not already filled with so many blessings and things to be grateful for. It means that God still has greater good and blessings for you to experience.

So, before we start this Renewal journey together, take a minute to express passionate gratitude and thankfulness for your life right now!
